Welcome to your flu busting series, a very gentle series of yoga classes that incorporates meditation, breathwork, yin yoga, yoga nidra, restorative and a gentle flow.

This series is to aid you in your recovery and to rebalance the body whether you are experience flu symptoms or just feeling exhausted. It is time to dedicate to yourself, your wellbeing and put you back on track.

For this practice it is important to create a peaceful and comfortable space, utilise probs as much as you need to to support your body throughout the series.
