During Part 3 of your beginners series, we will begin exploring a cooling style of yoga called Yin Yoga. Use any props (eg blankets, bolsters, blocks etc) that will support you throughout this class. In Yin Yoga, you hold postures between 3-5 minutes, stretching and strengthening the connective tissue layer of the body whilst also fostering a deep, pervading sense of calm in mind and body.
